Are you ready to elevate your horseback archery game to the next level? Our new, 7 part Psychology Bootcamp will be hosted by none other than Dan Petho of the EquiPsych, Equestrian Performance Psychologist and Accredited MBPsS. You can check out his work here: https://www.facebook.com/TheEquiPsych Over the course of 6 months, you'll learn about your brain and how it affects your mental game, learn to set goals, discover visualisation and relaxation techniques, and go forward with a plan to perform at your best for the 2025 season! In Part 6, we'll be learning all about visualisation and relaxation techniques, and way you can utilise them to improve your performance. You do not need to have attended the previous sessions to attend this session :) Senior Psychology Bootcamp dates are as follows: - Monday 4th November 7pm - Monday 9th December 7pm - Monday 6th January 7pm - Monday 3rd February 7pm - Monday 3rd March 7pm - Monday 31st March 7pm Sessions are aimed at riders aged 18+, each session will be £25.
